KW life
Life is pretty simple in Kitchener/Waterloo for me.
There's not too many worries. i'm not super busy. Everything is very relaxed.
Here's how a typical day goes for me:
1) wake up at 7:30
2) clinical from 8:30-4:00ish or 4:30ish
3) Goodlife till 7 or 7:30ish
4) get home, prep dinner and eat, prep lunch for the next day
5) spend a couple hours on the internet, do devo, go to bed
Things are very simple and "routine". There's not too much else really to do here :)
One of my newest, fun things to do is to go grocery shopping and stock up on cheap food. i learned from Eugene how fun it is to find deals at stores. It's like treasure hunting!
latest deal: shoppers drug mart: assorted POST cereals for $2 (Bridgeport store)
I picked up 3 boxes: Honey Bunches of Oats with real strawberries, Selects Wild Blueberrry Almond Crunch and Selects Banana Nut Crunch.
i've never enjoyed cereal as much as i've enjoyed it since being in KW. Its just so easy and quick (especially in the morning when i'm running late). Maybe i should do a cereal review. i wonder what sort of cereals other people eat. If you know any good ones, let me know.
Anyways, now that i've rambled on and plugged some cereals, I'll tell you about what happened to me at Goodlife today.
i finished my workout today and was changing in the locker room. Benches are quite limited at Goodlife gyms so people generally have to share them as they put things in and take things out of their locker. i was pretty much done and ready to go. All that i had on the bench was my waterbottle and my bottle of protein.

That's when Chris Coleman walked in.
KIDDING! That's when this old guy came out of the shower and started taking things out of his locker. His locker wasn't right next to mine but close enough that he had to share that same bench with me. My goodness, you'll never believe what he did.
He just casually tosses his underwear on the bench next to my bottles!
That is freakin' gross!
It was tighty...uh...greyies. i wasn't sure what to do so i turned around for a moment and pretended i didn't see anything. Then i couldn't take it and turned around and picked up my bottles.
What the heck.
Who tosses their underwear casually beside someone else's stuff? gross man. gross
P.S. If you don't know who hard gay is, here's a link to some torrents: http://www.bakakage.net/index.php?showtopic=10428
